Thank you for this. In Celtic hospitality tradition, being "well met at the threshold" is vital to the effective inter-weaving of those on the outside and inside. And the "who" at the gate is also critical. Someone with a genuine presence and social skill level that can form the bridge between the two different egregores either side of the threshold.
